Brianna LaBarge is currently the Operational Excellence Engineering Manager for deep ultraviolet lithography light sources for ASML in San Diego, CA. She is currently leading the expansion of the manufacturing & operations cleanroom to meet the growing demand in the semiconductor industry as well as implementing numerous improvements into the manufacturing processes. In 2022, she was awarded the University of Central Florida College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) Distinguished Alumni Award by her alma mater for her remarkable professional contributions and dedication to supporting the CECS department throughout the years. Additionally, she was recognized as a 2022 Society of Manufacturing Engineers 30 under 30 for her contributions to leading the manufacturing industry into the future. Prior to joining ASML, Brianna was a Sr. Process Engineer for Nike Air Manufacturing Innovation where she received the 2021 Society of Women Engineers Emerging Leader in Technology & Engineering award. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013 with her Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering and has several certifications including her Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Smart Manufacturing Industry 4.0, and Athletic & Outdoor Product Management certification.
Jenn Donahue PhD is a retired US Navy Captain and former Commodore for an 1,800 personnel Regiment. She is also a civil engineer who works on large scale, high profile geotechnical projects. Over her 27-year military career, Jenn has built a bridge across the Euphrates River in the midst of the Iraq war, commanded an 800-personnel Battalion in Afghanistan, and constructed combat outposts in the middle of deserts filled with insurgents.
Jenn has led earthquake and tsunami reconnaissance missions in places like Samoa and Japan; designed the seismic plans for a bridge over the Panama Canal; and built roads by blasting and drilling in the coldest climes of Ketchikan. Astonishingly, Jenn has even served as the seismology expert at no fewer than five nuclear power plants.
Along the way she mentored scores of young leaders. Jenn founded JL Donahue Engineering, Inc. and Dare to Rise. She also lectures at UC Berkeley and UCLA.
Stefani Lombardo is a PMP-certified project manager who works in digital entertainment projects and products. For the past 10 years she has worked at the Television Academy, the organization behind The Emmy Awards, and has helped develop websites, databases, and software, while also producing live events.
