Chapter Meeting – Leading Sectors and Skills (In Person)
Have you ever wondered what skills you should focus on for your professional development? How are you ensuring you are ready for the future of work or to move up in your career? This session with Seth Warren will explain what industries are on the rise, how to use your transferable skills to get into new industries and what project managers need to focus on when it comes to future growth. The event is $30 for all PMI Portland Chapter members and $45 for non-members. Participants are encouraged to wear their face masks or be vaccinated prior to attending the session in person. Max capacity will be set at 50 for the in person attendance, all others are encouraged to register and attend the virtual event. The in-person October Chapter Meeting will be held at the Lloyd District Portland Double Tree Hotel.
When you arrive on site at the Double Tree hotel, located at 1000 NE Multnomah St, Portland, OR 97232, please wear a mask. If you are feeling unwell please let us know. In accordance with the Oregon Health Department all COVID safety precautions will be taken. If there are any changes in the Health Guidelines we will email you to keep you updated. On site, you will receive a parking voucher at the meeting that will enable you to park for free. Drinks and appetizers will be provided during the meeting, however dinner will not be provided, please plan accordingly. Participants will be able to self-report 1 strategic PDU for attending.
