About the presenter:

Liz Lockhart is an Agile Leader, Project Manager and teacher, with experience in operations, Agile PMO design, people leadership and talent development. She has personally experienced certifications through PMI (PMP, PMI-ACP), Scrum Alliance (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, CAL1), ICAgile (ICP-ACC), AXELOS (ITIL) and more. Liz is the Sr. Director of Project Management and Training at Smarsh and teaches a course in Operations Leadership in the MSOTM/MBA program at the University of Portland. A life-long learner, she’ll provide a unique and no-frills perspective on the value of said certifications.

About the facilitator:

Titu Hariharan currently serves the PMI Portland Chapter as the “Disciplined Agile Champion” liaison and is a Past President of the chapter. Titu is passionate about project management and is involved at the chapter, regional and global levels of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a graduate of the Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC ’19). Titu has over fifteen years of experience in education, project management, business analysis, event management, sales and marketing and customer service. She has worked in IT project management, software implementation, healthcare IT projects, and business projects in the government, healthcare, non-profit and defense sectors. Presently, she is a Program Manager at Timbercon, Inc.
