With a career focused on bringing new ideas to life, her efforts directly impacted critical decisions, reshaped products and services, improved 24/7/365 high tech manufacturing lines, and inspired consumers around the globe. Recently retired from Nike, she shaped the strategy and led teams that drove new business concepts, elevated brand frameworks, optimized operations, and shaped social change. Now, she’s passionate about building FUTURE leaders.

Prior to Nike, Sue spent over 15 years in high tech innovating business models, manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain systems. Currently, she consults through Yellow Bike Lab, LLC and instructs graduate-level engineering at Oregon State University.
