The PMI Portland Chapter will host its second virtual Chapter meeting on October 20th. Meeting activities include welcoming new members, announcements, and a keynote presentation. 

Some say Product Management is the New Business Analysis. Many organizations are calling upon Project Managers and Business Analysts to step into Product Owner and Product Manager roles. Will you be ready for this next step in your career? Come to this Chapter meeting to explore the role of the Product Manager and understand how this can be the next evolution of the Project Manager or Business Analyst.

Dave Saboe is an Enterprise Agile Coach with a passion to help individuals, teams, and organizations do the best work of their lives. He has been in the Business Analysis and Project Management field for two decades and has led teams of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters. 

He is a frequent industry speaker and hosts a podcast on topics related to business analysis and product ownership. Through coaching, mentoring, and his podcast, Mastering Business Analysis, Dave helps Business Analysts and Product Owners achieve better results.

Due to volunteer limitations, this meeting is limited to one self-reported Techniocal PDU, there will not be an Education hour at this meeting or a Networking Opportunity. The PDU code for reporting will be given after the main keynote presentation has completed.
