Join us on Tuesday, September 10 as we learn more about being a project manager in times of ambiguity and change. The educational session will discuss how to bring your best mindset, communication and collaboration skills, along with other ideas. The keynote session will be a panel discussion. Learn how your colleagues have found success in times of uncertainty. Leave with renewed confidence, ideas, and tools to lead your teams to success.

"Leading in Times of Chaos"
Presented by Dr. Tim Rahschulte

Dr. Tim Rahschulte is the Chief Executive Officer at the Professional Development Academy (www.pdaleadership.com) and Professor of Business at George Fox University. He has over two decades of experience focused on leveraging project and program management practices to deliver effective organizational change and introduce new products to market. He has built Project Management Offices and Project Management Communities of Practice to share tools, insights, and best practices. He has also served as a chief learning officer at private and public organizations (including the State of Oregon and Evanta, a Gartner Company). He has co-authored four books, written dozens of peer-reviewed academic journal articles, and has been an invited lecturer outside the US in Oxford, Shanghai, Beijing and Athens.
Keynote session
“Leadership, Chaos and Real Experiences: A Panel Discussion”
During the education session, attendees will add to their tool kit to be a leader in times of chaos. But what does this look like on the job? What does success look like? What are obstacles to avoid? Come hear from a panel to learn about their experiences and ask questions. This is designed to be a conversation so come ready to share and ask questions. Learn more about:
- How others have been successful in times of chaos
- How to lead through chaos
- What you should add to your toolkit

Parking is free; pick up your parking voucher at the registration table.
Menu options (gluten free available)
- Regular: Smoked Tri-Tip with chipotle demi-glace, buttermilk fried Walla Walla Onions with cheddar and chive potato cake, seasonal vegetables
- Vegetarian: Vegetable Wellington-grilled zucchini, squash peppers, carrots, onions, fresh chevre, tamari, roasted tofu wrapped in feuille de brick over harvest rice and red pepper coulis
- Desert: Guiness Stout Cake

Chapter meeting includes educational session, keynote session, and meal.
Chapter members must log in to receive automatic membership discounts.
