2018 Region 1 Conference Group Payment
- One person pays for 2 or more attendees and receives a Coupon Code to distribute to their attendees.
- Each attendee MUST register for the event individually, at no cost, using the Coupon Code.
- There are no group discounts.
- Any adjustments must be done manually, will require extra time, and will follow established Chapter refund & cancellation policies.
Steps
1. Pay by credit card
- Within 2 days, you will receive a Coupon Code which allows each attendee to register for the event for free, along with additional registration information to pass along to attendees.
- Deadline for Group Payment is 3/8/2018
2. You distribute the Coupon Code to your attendees
- Distribute the registration instructions and Coupon Code to all attendees ASAP. This Code allows them to register at no charge.
3. Each attendee registers individually
- When they register, we collect their name, food preference, track preference, etc., which we need for planning.
- Anyone who has not registered will not appear on our attendee list, and will be required to pay full price at the door.
Deadline for attendeees to use Coupon Code and register for free is 3/15/2018
Adjustments
- All cancellations are subject to fees and deadlines, as defined in the Chapter Refund/Cancellation Policy.
- To cancel a person’s registration, send an email to registration@pmi-portland.o
rg . This person will be removed from the attendee list, freeing up one discount code. It may take up to seven (7) days for cancellation processing. - After the cancellation is processed, another person may register using the discount code, if desired, subject to the deadlines above. We cannot “swap” registrations.
- Payments for group discount codes that go unused (no one registers or attends) or are underused (less than 5 people register or attend) will not be refunded.
